Leane is an enrolled agent with over 37 years of expertise in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and consulting. As the founder and CEO of Ritchie & Company, Inc., Leane dedicates her efforts to small business accounting, tax planning, and individual tax services. Beyond her professional commitments, she finds tranquility at the serene beaches of Santa Barbara, often accompanied by her husband and her dog. Additionally, Leane enjoys exploring downtown's culinary scene, relishing the diverse flavors and local delicacies and has recently embraced kickboxing as a new passion, showcasing determination and vitality in her pursuit of fitness.

Christopher (Chris) is a Certified Public Accountant with over 19 years of experience in accounting and hospitality, he’s worked at large and small firms gaining experience with all types of businesses and high-net-worth individuals. At Ritchie & Company, Inc., Chris focuses on assisting small business owners, developing strong relationships, and partnering with clients for their success. He sits on the board of the Nashville Tree Conservation Corps (NTCC) and is a founding member of the East Nashville BNI chapter. Chris enjoys hockey, travel, and exploring Nashville's food and beverage scene with his wife, Lara, their three sons, and their dog, Penne.
Peter joined Ritchie & Company, Inc., in early 2021, fueled by a passion for accounting. Equipped with 8 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting information systems, he's currently pursuing his CPA certification, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and professional excellence. Peter's expertise lies in providing accounting solutions tailored to the unique needs of small businesses and startups. Outside the office, he unwinds through fishing and hiking, and enjoys friendly competition through games with family and friends. His inquisitive nature and interest in global affairs often spark engaging and insightful conversations.
Gisel is the Operations Manager at Ritchie & Company, Inc., where she ensures efficient office operations and manages client interactions. As the firm's first point of contact, she handles diverse client service needs and builds lasting relationships with clients. Her goal is to make the tax and accounting process go as smoothly as possible for her team and our clients. She is a Certified California Notary Public and actively pursues further education to enhance her professional skills. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors through off-highway vehicle (OHV) adventures.
Renee is an Enrolled Agent with more than 22 years of experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping and consulting. With a background as an Insurance Agent for more than 25 years and holding a Real Estate License more than 18 years, she has guided clients through real estate transactions, refinancing of real estate, corporate and individual tax returns, and complex business decisions. At Ritchie & Company, Inc. she is a valuable resource with an abundance of knowledge. Renee is a local home grown South San Francisco girl, having raised her two children, enjoyed all the activities of her two grandchildren and now is busy with her newest great loves - her great-grandsons.
Sophia joined the team in the summer of 2022, quickly becoming an integral part of Ritchie & Company, Inc.. In her role, she plays a crucial part in maintaining office efficiency by assisting with various tasks and projects, providing essential support wherever it's needed. Her adaptability and willingness to take on challenges make her a valued team member. Her passions are as diverse as they are exciting.You can often find her by the lake, casting a line in search of the perfect catch, or training above in a Cessna 172, pursuing her love for aviation. Sophia's adventurous spirit and dedication both in and out of the office make her a dynamic presence at Ritchie & Company.
Michael is a Staff Accountant who joined our team at the beginning of 2023. He's actively pursuing his Enrolled Agent certification while also working towards a B.S. in Computer System Engineering, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth. At Ritchie & Company, Inc., Michael's skills shine as he tackles various accounting tasks and provides excellent support to our team. Beyond his professional pursuits, Michael enjoys an active lifestyle, finding joy in outdoor adventures like backpacking and kayaking. He also cherishes quality time spent with his sister, creating lasting memories. In his downtime, he finds tranquility in stargazing and expands his knowledge through reading.
Cynthia (Cynch) serves as the Social Media Director for Ritchie & Company, Inc., where she oversees all social media platforms and ensures that newsletters and announcements reach clients effectively. Her combined expertise in information technology and two decades of experience in bookkeeping and administration empowers her to optimize efficiency through innovative digital solutions. Outside of work, Cynch is passionate about exploring new places, immersing herself in diverse cultures, savoring local delicacies, and enjoys cooking, spending quality time with her family, and caring for her beloved pets.

Inah is a bookkeeper who joined Ritchie & Company, Inc. in the year 2022, bringing 7 years of experience in the accounting industry. Her responsibilities include supporting our director of accounting in vital tasks such as bank transaction reconciliations, managing month-end and year-end closings, and conducting thorough report reviews. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology, Inah combines academic knowledge with hands-on expertise to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, taking leisurely walks with her dogs, and unwinding with Korean dramas and variety shows.
Henry is our Top Dog Executive. Leading with paw-sitive vibes. He greets and welcomes every client with a wagging tail. While in the office you will mostly find Henry snoozing close to his mom but he is always ready to greet a new face. He looks forward to his daily walks through Twin Pines park. When not in the office Henry enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding and trying new restaurants with his mom and dad.
